Free Advice Friday: Episode 7

On this week's edition of Free Advice Friday, we advise you on how to beat the heat this weekend.

Temperatures around the Capital Region are on the rise this weekend and are projected to hit well into the 90s. So everyone is pretty much going to be on the lookout for ways to stay cool during this heat wave. Now, not all of us are fortunate enough to have a pool or can even have or gain access to a body of water to float around in or cool off in. So Vinnie and I thought we'd help out and fill you in on how we think you can keep cool this weekend.
