Local rocker artist Frank Palangi is making his way up the popularity ladder by supporting big acts such as Trapt, whom he opened up for last month. Now, he is getting ready for tomorrow's FREE show at Savannah's Dublin Underground, as he will be opening up for rock act Hurt. He will also be supporting Fuel on their tour next month as they make a stop in the capital district.

Tomorrow night Frank will join Core, Terrible Chester and Hurt on stage at Savannah's. The time line-up is as follows:

  • Frank Palangi- 7 pm - 7:40 pm
  • Core- 8 pm - 8:40 pm
  • Terrible Chester - 9 pm - 10:15 pm
  • Hurt- 10:45 pm - ?

Frank is very excited for the show, as he states:

It's going to be awesome opening for HURT. Downtown Albany is a good place to do a free show like this. I'm looking forward to meeting them and talking with the fans. That's what it's about, connecting with people and just having fun playing the stage. I'm doing an acoustic set with backing on percussion, Josh Opitz and guitar, Brandon Oropallo. See you all there! ROCK ON! \m/

In addition to this show, Frank will also be opening up for Fuel on June 22 at Upstate Concert Hall, along with Bad Axis, Venrez and local band Pillowhead.

Lastly, Frank needs your help with the Redbull Soundstage Movie Challenge in voting for his song "Drive These Lines," as it is in the running to be featured in We Made This Movie, directed by Rob Burnett. Voting ends TODAY so get those votes in here!

Join us tomorrow at Savannah's for the FREE show with Frank Palangi and Hurt.
