You heard right, the Playboy mansion is up for sale, according to CNBC. It'll only cost like $200,000,000 dollars. That's a paltry sum when you consider how soon you'll be a powerball billionaire.

The mansion also includes Hugh Hefner, which when you think about it is pretty cool. There's a lot to learn about this house. It has a zoo licence. You want a giraffe? You are now legally allowed to have one. Maybe, I'm not allowed to own a giraffe.

Your new roommate would also have some pretty sweet connections and has a history of throwing pretty spectacular parties. Plus he happens to know a ton of extremely beautiful women who just recently were told they'll be covering up for the magazine. They've got to have some sort of safe haven to be free in, like your own personal grotto, which of course the mansion comes with.
