People in the Albany area have been pretty lucky so far this winter.  Mild weather and virtually no snow, but that is about to change with a storm on it's way for Wednesday.

Brace for impact!  We could be hit with nearly 8 inches of snow by Thursday morning.  That according to Weather.com.  The national weather service has issued a winter storm warning for the Albany area that is in effect until Thursday evening.  We really shouldn't be complaining though, because winter has waited until the end of February to show up.

The question is though, how much will we actually get?  Weather people have been off before, so are they accurate this time?  Perhaps it's just a way to get people t panic, which they doubt will because people in Upstate NY have never seen snow before.  The plows should be all over this, because they haven't had anything to clean up yet this year, so they probably have the itch to move some snow.

Keep up with the storm here, and don't forget we will have all your school closing and delays.
