This past summer, Faith No More previewed a couple of new songs during a European tour. Now they have unveiled a studio version of one of those tracks. Give a listen to 'Motherf---er' below.

“It feels apt that the first track we’re releasing is ‘Motherf---er,’ a song about accountability,” said Roddy Bottum in a press release. “Basically we’ve created, recorded and mixed a new body of work by ourselves and we’re releasing it on our own label. It’s a huge deal for us to only have ourselves to answer to at this point in our career and the song is about that, where the buck stops via the basic imagery of foie gras production, bondage… y’know, stuff like that.”

Faith No More expect to have their new record, their first since 1997's 'Album of the Year,' out in April 2015. But 'Motherf---er' will be released on Record Store Day's Black Friday on Nov. 28. It will be paired with a remix of the song by JG Thirlwell. It will be available digitally on Dec. 9, and can be pre-ordered at iTunes.

The band also announced a tour of the Far East for February and March, and a handful of European festival dates for May and June. They can be found below.
