Like the rest of you I love to grill in the summer time.  Sometimes it can be a little on the unhealthy side, but did you know that grilling can actually help you lose weight?

Now it's not as simple as throwing food on the grill and watching the pounds melt off, but it is a start!  I was taking a look at Yahoo Health, like I do most days, and came across a great article that showed ways to enjoy grilled food like everyone else, while still being health conscious.  This is perfect since most of us are looking for healthier food options.  Dru posted over the weekend that NY state is ranked as the 11th slimmest state in the country, lets use these tips and try and get into the top 10!

If you click through to the report you'll find all kinds of grill this, not that type recipes and they all sound delicious.  I know that fish tacos may seem weird to some, but trust me they are great.  These are one of the easiest to make and have very low calories if you follow the recipe.  They also give great tips on how to make steak, chicken and even burgers healthier.  I'm always looking for ways to make healthy cooking taste better, and these sound pretty good to me.  Of course you will have to keep to a healthy diet and exercise, but when grilling is in the mix it's a win as far as I'm concerned.
