A Hudson man was charged after allegedly stabbing his coworker in Schodack.

According to the Times Union, an incident occurred at 1792 Columbia Turnpike in Schodack. An argument allegedly broke out at an area business between coworkers which led to one employee stabbing the other and then driving off. A third employee drove the victim to Albany Medical Center.

No further information is available regarding the stabbing and the victim's condition.

Police arrested 53-year-old Delroy Smith of Hudson shortly after the stabbing and charged him with criminal possession of a weapon and menacing. He was sent to Rensselaer County Jail on $15,000 bail and is due back in court next week.
