A 16 Year old kid gets probation after killing four people while he was driving drunk. What makes this kid so special? He suffers from "Affluenza", a "condition" he got from his family being too rich.

Affluenza is a theory that rich kids don't know that there are consequences for their actions. They believe that money will fix everything. Too bad the "condition" isn't recognized in the medical world. This condition isn't a real condition. Just a term thrown around to describe the actions of the rich.

In the real world where people get up to 20 years in prison for vehicular manslaughter. Ethan Couch the 16 year old driver would be looking at 80 years in jail. I guess for the rich a dream world where money fixes all, just might be real. Yet one more example for Ethan to believe money is the duct tape for life's problems.
