Driving While Handcuffed

A woman was pulled over and eventually arrested by police recently. No big deal right? Well......

 She was handcuffed and put into a police crusier that she promptly stole and led police on a chase reaching speeds of 100 mph!!! How do you steer a car going at ANY speed with your hands behind your back let alone at 100 mph while cops are chasing you???? While we don't have an answer for that, at least the cars dash cam was rolling and provided us with one hell of a video!!!!
