Did Red Sox Manager Bobby Valentine Invent The Wrap?

Yesterday the Boston Red Sox introduced Bobby Valentine as the teams new manager. Besides being busy with baseball apparently Valentine was also busy inventing food wrapped in a tortilla too. 

It was a great day for Bobby Valentine yesterday.  He makes he return to the MLB as the new skipper for the Boston Red Sox, but was it his greatest day?  Maybe not because according to Valentine he invented 'the wrap', you know food wrapped in a flour tortilla.  Yahoo reports that he invented the burrito/sandwich hybrid back in the 80's at his restaurant in Connecticut.

In this video clip he talks about the day that he magically put food into  a tortilla and poof, 'the wrap' was born.  Now I don't think he actually created it, but perhaps he did coin the term.
