Yes Dave Grohl and the Foo Fighters are God. Riding the success of the Grammy's where they took home 5 out of 6 Gramophones, Dave Grohl has released the trailer for 'Sound City' a documentary about the Sound City Studio's where many legendary bands have recorded their records.

If the documentary is anything like the acceptance speech Dave Grohl said at the Grammy's you know it will kick ass.  "The human element about making music is most important, singing into a microphone, learning to play a instrument, learning to do your craft, its not about being perfect or a computer, its about what goes on in your heart and your head".

Dave has told Rolling Stone "to expect some epic jam sessions and decided to make a film about that feeling when you put five guys in a room, hit 'record' and the hair on the back of your neck stands up."

Previously announced jam sessions are to include Corey Taylor, and Ratt but the trailer also includes interviews with names like Trent Reznor, Tom Petty, Stevie Nicks, Rick Springfield, and Krist Novoselic.

Although there is no date of when the documentary will be released. The website says coming soon.
