Courtney Barnett has been buzzing since the release of her debut album, 'The Double EP: A Sea of Split Peas,' in her native Australia last year. But with the recent U.S. issue of the record, she scored her first-ever TV performance on 'The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon' last night.

Looking calm and collected -- much like her signature sound -- Barnett played her single, 'Avant Gardener,' on the show. While the performance was pretty much flawless, there's one thing that did distract a bit: Her stance in front of the microphone.

While this is probably the Aussie's go-to rocker-performance pose, it kinda felt like the mic needed adjusted a little, or maybe loosen the guitar strap a notch, because all that hunching over made our backs ache just watching her play like that.

Barnett wasn't the only rocker to appear on 'The Tonight Show' last night. Aerosmith's annoying motormouthed frontman Steven Tyler also stopped by and sang a personal voicemail greeting for a randomly chosen member of the audience. You can watch that below.
