Could This Be A Record Setting Low For Snow In The 518 This Winter?

I'm totally A - Okay with that!

While tons of city's all over the east cost got hit with recording breaking snowfall in some places over the past weekend during Winter Storm Jonas, the Capitol Region remained, flake free.

(I'm seriously knocking on wood right now) This winter has been relatively tame so far this year, considering we live in Upstate New York and have had minimal snow fall.

The Time Union dropped some stats and apparently Albany usually has 30 inches of snow by January 23rd and this year we were only at 5.5 (insert the praise the snow gods emoji here)! I mean I'm down for winter to just be done already.

Only the TU is telling us that old man winter might just be toying with our emotions because "winter is not over yet" and apparently some seriously snowy winters started out with an extreme lack of snow (bring on the sad face emoji).
