Cocaine For The Win in 4th Grade Science Fair

Miami and cocaine has had a spotted past. But this time there was no gangland murder or big drug bust.Just canines and cocaine at a 4th grade science fair. Emma Bartelt a 10 year old enrolled in the Coral Gables Preparatory Academy in Miami-dade county, has the hook up and no Emma didn't hit up the corner dealer to get the drugs. Her father Detective Douglas Bartelt brought the fun powder and the three canine officers. Detective Bartelt was the only one to handle the drugs and canines. But Emma did take home the first place ribbon. Times are changing. A powder that normally lands you in the big house could also land you on top of the class.
