Coachella 2014 Dates Announced

It seems like the cleaning crews just got done clearing the grounds of Coachella 2013's trash, and already organizers are looking forward to next year's festival. They just announced that Coachella 2014 will once again take place over two weekends: April 11-13, 2014, and April 18-20, 2014.

And they're wasting no time getting tickets out to fans. Advance sales start at 1PM EST this Friday (May 24). You may want to have your credit-card info ready when you log in: Last year's opening weekend sold out in just 15 minutes.

There's no word on who will be playing next year's festival or even what fans can expect from the annual blowout in Indio, Calif. But at least they'll know how much advance tickets will be going for: $349. There's also a payment plan available if you don't have that cash sitting around right now for an event that won't take place for another 11 months.

Last month's fest included performances by Blur, the Postal Service, Red Hot Chili Peppers and a reunited Stone Roses. But the biggest buzz seemed to come from Daft Punk's extended video trailer for their new album. This has some people wondering if the French duo might be headlining next year. Stay tuned ...
