Tuesday night

"A Christmas Carol" (1984) - 8pm on AMC. One of countless versions of the classic Dickens tale where Ebenezer Scrooge gets a lesson from three spirits.  George C. Scott helms the title role of this interpretation on AMC.

"The Polar Express" (2004) - 9pm on ABC Family. Tom Hanks voices characters on the heart-warming animated story of a boy who learns to believe in Christmas again when the midnight train to the North Pole stops to pick him up for a special meeting with the man in red.

"Christmas with the Kranks" (2004) - 10pm on FX. Tim Allen gets his holiday mojo on in another holiday story about what happens when you try and avoid Christmas altogether.
Wednesday night

"Disney's Prep and Landing" (2009) - 7pm on ABC Family.  Two elves are paired together for a Christmas Eve mission that turns to disaster when they encounter an unexpected snowstorm.

"Prep and Landing 2: Naughty vs. Nice" (2011) - 7:30pm on ABC Family.  A candidate for the naughty list hacks into Santa's database prompting an elf to contact his brother on the coal squad to help fix the situation.

"The Santa Incident" (2010) - 8pm on Hallmark Channel.  Homeland Security mistakes Santa's sleigh for a threat and shoots it down, leaving Santa to recover at a young woman's home where he sets up shop in order to continue making toys for Christmas.

"Elf" (2003) - 9pm on USA.  Will Ferrell dresses in tights and bids farewell to his claymation pals as he journey’s to the real world in search of his biological father, who is anything but jolly.
