Chris Rock brings his first comedy tour in nine years to The Palace in Albany on April 10 at 8pm. Tickets go on sale Friday.

Chris Rock is an Emmy Award and Grammy Award winning stand up comedian who gained popularity in the early 1990's as a cast member on Saturday Night Live and went on to starring roles in films like Down to Earth, Head of State, Madagascar, Grown Ups, and Top Five, along with comedy specials on HBO. He also developed his own series Everybody Hates Chris which ran from 2005-2009 and was host of the Academy Awards on two occasions. A Comedy Central poll ranked Chris Rock the fifth greatest standup comedian.
