Finally, the World Series of Poker "Main Event" is kicking off! Last year saw 6,865 players go after the prize of 8.7 million bucks. This year, I'll be eyeing Q-Ruption's Sully Erna to see if he makes an appearance - and a run at the title.

Pius Heinz, a 22 year old student from Euskirchen, Germany went heads up against 35 year old poker pro, Martin Staszko from Trinec, Czech Republic for more than SIX hours! On the line? How about a tricked out diamond bracelet, instant fame and oh yeah - that pesky little $8,715,638 in cash.

It's well known that Spider Man star, Tobey Maguire, is a fan of the felt. Maguire has hauled in$223,645 in poker winnings at the casinos. Now, it seems that figure might be a tad low. Maguire has reportedly been named in a suit looking to reclaim $311,200 from a possible illegal underground poker game featuring some big Hollywood names.
