Metallica has gone and totally one-upped themselves. As 2018 comes to an end, the organization ‘All Within My Hands’, funded by Metallica, has raised a ton of money and is not putting it to use.  The Times Union reported that money raised by events such as a benefit concert and vinyl sales is now being doled out to a really positive cause (in my opinion)...

Looks like people are leaving New York... more than any other state nationally, to be accurate. Apparently, New York tops the states for population loss, with the highest rate nationally.  According to cbs 6 Albany, 48,510 people left New York from July, 2017 to July, 2018...

I'm really interested to hear everyone's thoughts on this. By this, I mean Governor Cuomo's recent speech where he basically tried to declare us independent from the federal government. I mean, of course he didn't actually do this- we're not free of the federal government...

In 2019, some MLB games may be starting an hour earlier. Sunday night games to be exact.  I've seen this now in a couple different places, but originally read the report at abc news, and I have to say, I'm a total fan of the idea.
