Captain Obvious Leaving Signs Up In Schenectady

There are many things in this world that call for a “heads up” or a warning sign, but this might not be one of them. Driving on Kings Road in Schenectady during a rain storm, I noticed this helpful sign along the way. The sign was here to tell me that because of the rain, there would be water on the road.

Looks like Schenectady has yet to develop the anti-water, rain-repelling road technology that the rest of the world has. “Get with the times and save some signs.” That’s what my old grand pappy always said!
