In an example of life imitating art, a video has been posted that explains how the Captain America: Super Soldier game influenced the fight scenes in the 'Captain America: The Winter Soldier' film.

The video above features Captain America himself, Chris Evans, in a behind-the-scenes look at the action in the movie. He explains that the fighting training in 'The Winter Soldier' was a lot more demanding than in the first film. Evans said that there was more gymnastics involved as well, taking cues from the (mediocre) Captain America: Super Soldier video game.

With regard to Captain America's choreography, Evans said, "But the way he moved in the game was so fantastic. He was so nimble and agile and using his environment; a lot of flipping and throwing and the video game's nailing it! Why aren't we emulating this?"

As a result, you'll see fight scenes with more acrobatics and physicality. Since video games are influencing films more and more, maybe we're that much closer to the perfect video game-inspired film.
