Capital Region Convertible Driver Is A Boss In The Snow!

You may sit and wonder, how psychotic must one person be to do this.

I personally can understand in a way as someone who has owned a car with a sunroof. At the same moment, during the biggest storm we have gotten this year this person in a Mini decides, lets just drop the top. I think he is kind of a boss, a bit nuts to do so in the elements but a boss none the less.
