Cancer Patient Finds Out She Never Had Cancer
Talk about a gigantic fail - A woman in Sweden underwent 2 years of chemotherapy before doctors realized she never had it to begin with.
The woman, who survived breast cancer once before in her life, complained of back pain and this caused doctors to fear the cancer had spread. X-rays "indicated" a tumor in/around her liver.
Soon after, a rigorous treatment schedule was put in place to help the 60-year-old. This included chemotherapy, radiation, and cortisone.
The treatments caused many side effects, some even debilitating. More so, the treatments actually caused damage to the woman's brain. This made her lose the ability to the control of her hands.
Finally after 2 years of treatment and all the damage another examination was conducted and concluded that she never had cancer and the tumors weren't actually tumors.
I smell a lawsuit coming!
