Can You Believe This Albany Area Man Has Three DWIs?

A picture is worth a thousand words, and in the case of this guy, the possibility of 11 years in jail. So why the smile?

Meet Phil Winters. A 42 year old man from Westerlo, New York - yes, my home town. While he looks extremely happy in this mug shot, he won't be smiling once he sobers up.

Winters was pulled over on Saturday. When we say pulled over, he kind of swerved off the road, and the deputies found him. Genius. According to the Times Union, when the deputies got to Winters, his blood alcohol level was five times above the legal limit. Man, we would love to party with this guy, and the gap in between his teeth.

This is Winters third DWI. Shocking, we know. To make matters worst, he didn't have a drivers license because he lost it after his second DWI. Obviously ole' Phil isn't the brightest star in the sky.

So what does all this mean?  It means that Phil here could be facing up to 11 years in jail. So again we ask, why the smile?  Perhaps they told him a really good joke?
