Next Sunday is Easter and to ol' Monte, that means one thing:  It's Cadbury Creme Egg time!

If you're like me, you think "time to stock up!" but did you know that Cream Eggs are sold for a few months?  I always thought they were sold only around Easter but it turns out, according to Cadbury, they are sold from New Years Day until Easter Day every year.  Who knew?

My favorite Easter delights are made by pouring the chocolate into a half egg mold and then filled with white and yellow fondant (almost like an icing), the chocolate half shells are close and cooled.  The whole process and a few cool facts about the Cream Egg are right here on collaboration.cadury website http://collaboration.cadbury.com/allaboutus/ourbrands/featurebrands/Pages/CadburyCremeEgg2.aspx?TabIndex=0

While you read, I'm going to go raid the grocery store for a few dozen.
