We all know about the health problems of Poison frontman and Celebrity Apprentice winner Bret Michaels over the last year. Now we may know the reason for it.

Back in at the 2009 Tony Awards Bret was flattened by a piece of the set during a performance with the Rock Of Ages cast which resulted in a broken nose and a busted lip. 6 months later Bret suffered a brain hemmorage that almost cost him his life. Bret is suing CBS and the producers of the Tony's because he thinks the incident is what caused the hemmorage.

In the lawsuit, Michaels lawyers claim:

One of the most common causes of this type of hemorrhage is head trauma -- exactly like the one Michaels suffered at the hands of the Tony Awards."

I remember thinking to myself it that incident had anything to with his near death experiece since he was knocked in the head and maybe I was right. At the same time if you watch the video, it looks like Bret missed his mark and it was his fault that it happened which the producers claim. Who's side do you take in this situation, Bret or the Producers?
