BREAKING NEWS: ‘I’ll Have Another’ Scratched from Belmont Stakes

According to ESPN , the horse that was racing for the Triple Crown at the Belmont Stakes has been scratched. Trainers said on The Dan Patrick Show this morning discovered that “I’ll Have Another” is suffering from tendinitis and will not race.

If you were hoping to witness history, you’ll have to wait as I’ll Have Another has been scratched.

I’ll Have Another was seeking to become the 12th winner of the Triple Crown and the first since 1978 when Affirmed won it.

A news conference has been set for later this afternoon with more details of the scratching.
