Breaking Benjamin Breaking Up

The lead singer of Breaking Benjamin has fired his band.  I guess that means they have broken up?  Although he could hire a new band. Lead Singer Benjamin Burnley fired the bandmates after learning they struck an agreement with a different record label.Breaking Benjamin from Wilkes -Barre are on the verge of breaking up, and are in a legal dispute over what Benjamin Burnley calls a unauthorized remix of one of the bands songs 'Blow Me Away'

Burnley fired guitarist Aaron Fincke and bassist Mark Klepaski via email after learning his bandmates had struck an agreement with Hollywood Records to issue the remix.

Burnley also seeks $250,000 in damages and the right to the Breaking Benjamin name.
