Binders Full of Women

I know the debate was Tuesday night but I still cannot wrap my head around these binders full of women. Also I'm still trying to figure out why Mitt Romney would even think the phrase "binders full of women" would sound right in a debate at that. 

I'm very confused about this a whole matter and with that being said I have questions for Mitt Romney... Mittens, listen what are these binders you talk of? Where do we find these binders full of women? I know people who would love to have binders filled with women. Lucky you Mitt, lucky you. Also who's in these binders ? How did they get in there? And last but not least can I be in one of these binders full of women?
