During game one of the World Series, Phillip Phillips was slotted to play our National Anthem, The Star Spangled Banner.  Phillips did it in his own quirky way on an acoustic guitar.  Sure, it was far better than anything I could belt out, but c'mon! Acoustic in a stadium?  Check out some of the rock icons that show us how our anthem should be done!

1) Slash rocking out at a Dodger game.

2) Zakk Wylde with a killer version of the song he admits is one of the greatest ever.

3) Ted Nugent at a Cowboys game.  Uncle Teddy can shred.

4) Jimi Hendrix at Woodstock, possibly the best version ever to hit our ears.

Who would you say plays the best version of our national anthem?
