You got out of work early, heading home and you’re listening to Q103 when you hear.. today at 5pm, a Q103 Concert Announcement! You wonder.. who could it be? Then you say to yourself, I am the Q103 Q VIP and I’m going to that show! Beginning Monday September 19th, we start looking for the 2012 Q VIP. If its you, you get tickets to every Q103 concert in 2012!! So how do you win?Every weekday at 9am, 2pm and 5pm , we’ll announce a password. Write it down and remember it!
If you are a Q Army Soldier, log into Q103albany.com, click on Q Army, find Q Army Rewards, find Q VIP Contest, enter the password and get a entry to become the 2012 Q VIP! The more passwords you hear the more entries you get and the better your chances to win. Also be on the lookout for the daily Q Army email. In the email will be bonus passwords plus if you listen during the Workforce Request Lunch Hour, Mystery Riff or Mandatory Metallica you can earn points for more entries.

In 2011, some great shows came thru the Capital Region such as Music As A Weapon Tour, Disturbed, Korn, Buckcherry, Avenged Sevenfold, Sully Erna , Alter bridge, Seether, Papa Roach, and of course Q-Ruption- with Godsmack, Five Finger Death Punch, Skillet, Sick Puppies. If you were the Q VIP you would own tickets to all those shows. 2012 is shaping up to be another great year for concerts.
