A 14 year old from Ballston Spa just won a national YouTube contest by showing the world how he is 'Living the Example'.

It's easy to say to someone "Set a good example" but to actually "Live the Example" is an entirely different thing. Well, one 14 year old teen from Ballston Spa just showed the world how he is doing just that through a national YouTube contest with The Mentor Foundation.

The contest was designed as a way to show how you were making a difference and 'Living the Example' by giving kids a platform to speak up and out and promote healthy living. All the contestants had to do was make a video explaining how they were 'Living the Example'.

Riley Walz from Ballston Spa put together this very impressive video below and it seem like we weren't the only ones impressed by his accomplishments and way of life because he won the whole contest! Scoring himself an all-expense-paid trip to the YouTube headquarters in Los Angeles and a $500 gift certificate to H&M clothing stores.

Congratulations Riley!
