Happy 4th of July to Puddle Of Mudd front man Wes Scantlin, who yesterday pleaded guilty to cocaine possession. He won't however be going to jail unless he screws up. Scantlin was charged with a felony in April along with two misdemeanors of being under the influence of a controlled substance and driving without a license.

It's the 4th of July, you've spent all day relaxing and pre-gaming to see fireworks later that night to celebrate America's Independence. You get to your viewing location, crack open a beer and wait for dusk. Anticipation grows when it's finally dark enough for the big bay boom to start. However it fails as every single firework in the arsenal goes off at the same time and the fireworks that were supposed to be 30 minutes, ends up being 30 seconds!

After Aerosmith and the Global Warming tour blew into Albany and rocked the Times Union Center on Friday night, doctors have ordered Steven Tyler to provide vocal rest. Aerosmith notified fans via facebook that they were postponing the show in Bristow Va tonight until August 12th. No word on whether any other dates will be postponed. The next scheduled date is Thursday in Detroit.
