Due to the threat of severe weather, Today's free outdoor concert headlined by Smashmouth is being moved from Albany's Riverfront Park the Times Union Center. If severe weather does not hit the city of Albany there will be a free pre-concert block party on South Pearl Street. The parking garages near the Times Union Center will be open for concert attendee's. The show will begin promptly at 5pm.
