ATTENTION! Capital Region Crossfit Nuts! [VIDEO]

A 54-year-old man from Texas has set the pull-up record. Can someone from the Capital Region please break this record so that we can stick it to Texas? 

They say that everything is bigger in Texas, well THIS IS ALBANY!

We set the record for most people ringing jingle bells while singing Jingle Bells!

I know this because I was there!

Hollywood thinks that all Albany is good for is shooting car chases for movies, but not a movie. 

New York City thinks that Albany is where you send someone to punish them.

Albany thinks that Schenectady is where you send someone to punish them.

In Schenectady they punish themselves.

The rest of the Capital Region is not even worth mentioning according to the rest of America, unless Ric Flair wrestled there, Wooooooo!

We need to break that record!

So that we can show the world; that in the Capital Region, we don't get down on ourselves, we pull up!
