The Best Chili Recipe for Football Season

Football and beer go hand in hand. Add some chili to that and you yourself one hell of a good Sunday. And it just so happens I have the best Chili recipe – and I’m a nice girl so I’m of course going to share. 

2 1/2 lb. lean chuck, ground beef
4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 cup finely chopped onion
8 oz. tomato sauce
1 cup water
1 can beer (12 oz.)
3 Tablespoons chili powder
2 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons oregano leaves
1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
1 teaspoon flour
1 teaspoon warm water
8 oz. mushrooms
14.5 oz. diced tomatoes
15.5 oz. kidney beans

And Bam!! Your cooking chili!!
