Arrested For Eating Unattended Cake [VIDEO]

“Okay cake, I’m going to close my eyes and take bites out of the air and if you get eaten it’s your own fault”. I cannot be more against this guy getting arrested for eating this cake. A woman brought her 9 year old daughter birthday cake into the court house because she didn’t want to leave it in the car (first mistake). Then she left the cake unattended (second mistake). Next Robert Eric Fredrickson walked into the court house who I assume loves cake (third mistake). Then this dude sees the cake unattended and dug straight in. who needs forks? Not this dude!
