Are The Foo Fighters Breaking Up? Big Announcement Coming Tonight

Page Six are reporting that the Foo Fighters were essentially breaking up and that there is all kinds of tension between Dave Grohl and Taylor Hawkins because as their
source says the bands current break isn't really a break but Dave Grohl going solo. Some people were even saying that Dave's solo performance at the Oscars was the start to his solo career. Naturally the internet went crazy tweeting at the band and asking them not break up.
Now I'm not sure who exactly their source is but I'm hoping they are seriously off their rocker. That actually seems to be the case because even though a spokesmen for the band wouldn't comment on Dave's plans for the rest of 2016 he did tell Entertainment Weekly that the idea of a break-up was “utterly ridiculous”.
I don't want to breathe a sigh of relief quite yet but that statement is a bit reassuring. So now we wait ... What do you think this big announcement is all about?
