‘Amityville Horror’ House for Sale – But Would You Want to Live There?
The four-bedroom home featured in scary movie classic ‘The Amityville Horror’ is up for sale. The asking price is $1.35 million for the Tom’s River, NJ house, which features a pool, theater and killer lakeside view.
The current owner told ‘Today‘ that the house is not, in fact, haunted, but it does seem to change owners quite a bit (it was on sale for $1.15 million just one year ago). I’m wondering if the current owner watches the news at all as it seems he’s under the the impression that the market has gone up instead of consistently going down. But even if he was giving the house away for free, I still wouldn’t want to live there.
