The 11th season of American Idol starts tonight. Aerosmith front man Steven Tyler, Jennifer Lopez, and Randy Jackson all return as judges. The season begins with the auditions usually considered is the best part of the show.  The question is will anybody still watch this season? 
American Idol returns with a two night event tonight and tomorrow.   The judges have traveled to Savannah, Aspen, Galveston, Pittsburgh, Portland, San Diego and St. Louis in the hopes of finding the next American Idol.

Auditions happen on Wednesday, Jan. 25 at 8pm,  Thursday, Jan. 26 8pm, Wednesday, Feb. 1 8 pm, Thursday, Feb. 2 8pm and Wednesday, Feb. 8 8pm on FOX.  There is also a special broadcast Sunday after the NFC Championship game.
