Lake George kicked off summer with the annual Americade Motorcycle Festival. The place was full of bikers, and people who admire the bikes. All we can say is, what an experience.

Despite living in the Albany area my entire life, I had never been to Americade. Not until this year. I went up with some fellow Q103 guys to give away a sweet Harley from Spitzies and Budweiser.

It was quite the turnout for it, too. It seemed like 800 people had easily crammed themselves into a tent outside of Duffy's Tavern to see who would be taking home the bike.  The lead up was great. Everyone was excited and the weather was nothing short of perfect. So when it got near 7 p.m. and we were going to draw the name, all eyes were on us.

We finally pulled out the name Kevin Keath, and he came running up. He was practically jumping up and down, he was so stoked. Can you blame him? Can't wait to hit up Americade again next year.
