All 8 Harry Potter Movies Heading to IMAX Theaters Next Week

Woah! Next week you can completely immerse yourself in the Wizarding World in IMAX theaters. Should we just plan to spend a week at Crossgates now?

Harry Potter creator J.K. Rowling is taking us back to the Wizarding World in anticipation of the release of the new film "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them" which hits theaters on November 18th.

To celebrate the new flick they are bringing back all 8 Harry Potter films and showing them in IMAX theaters world wide, starting at 8pm on Thursday, October 18th! The whole event is pretty awesome so if you (or your kids *wink*) are Potterheads you are not going to want to miss this.

The screenings start with a sneak peek at the new film "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them" followed by a live Q&A with some of the actors and the director. You'll get hooked up with a commemorative t-shirt and poster and according to News 10

It will mark the first-time that the first two films in the series, “Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone” and “Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets,” will be screened in IMAX.
