Albany’s 2013 Tulip Fest Musical Acts Announced

It's almost that time again- Albany's ever-so-popular Mother's Day weekend Tulip Festival is set to take place May 11 and 12. In addition to the weekend's events the musical acts that will be performing both days have been announced. Check it all out after the jump.

The 65th annual Tulip Fest will feature the following line-ups:

Saturday- May 11

Main Stage

• 1:00 pm- Royal Teeth
• 2:30 pm- The Features
• 4:00 pm- Silversun Pickups

Amp Stage

• 1:00 pm- Tor & the Fjords
• 2:15 pm- Olivia Quillio
• 3:30 pm- Rick Rourke & Lost Wages
• 4:45 pm- Bryan Thomas

Sunday- May 12

Main Stage

• 1:30 pm- Grand Central Station
• 3:30 pm- Bennie & The Jets

Amp Stage

• 1:00 pm- Annie & The Hedonists
• 2:15 pm- MaryLeigh & The Fauves
• 3:30 pm- The Dylan Perrillo Orchestra
• 4:45 pm- Eastbound Jesus

There will be lots more going on during the Fest, including a farmer's market, jugglers, a sidewalk chalk contest and a magic show. As always, the traditional street scrubbing, Mother of the Year Award and Tulip Queen crowning will also be highlights. For more info and full schedule, go here.
