Albany Ranked a ‘Best Dressed Small City’

The City of Albany has been called a lot of things over the years, but best dressed? Not so much.

One real estate blog has pegged our local city at No. 7 on its list of the "10 Best Dressed Small Cities in America." Movoto said they came to this conclusion by considering high-end fashion, jewelry and shoe stores per capita, tailors per capita and dry cleaners per capita.

What does it take to be "best dressed?" Apparently expensive clothes that you have sewn and dry cleaned often.

With the exception of Evanston, IL, every other city on Movoto's list is in either California or Florida, with Santa Monica leading the way.
