With warmth finally here, everyone, and I mean everyone, is outside in force soaking up Mother Nature's vitamin D infused awesomeness. With that said, sometimes we forget the little things, like, life.

A 40-year-old man, while working on HVAC equipment on a four-story Beaver street home, fell to his death Monday morning. The unidentified man was pronounced dead after being taken to the hospital.

Yeah, it's easy to forget the little things when you're gallivanting about. But do me a favor? Sit back, hug your little ones and remember: you'll be able to go out and make your day count. Never take life for granted, it can be taken in two seconds. Take a breath of fresh air as soon as you get a chance. Breathe it in, it's called life and it tastes awesome!

Rest in peace unidentified man, rest in peace.
