Adam Levine On Conan Tonight [VIDEO]

Other than ‘Harder to Breathe’ Maroon 5 doesn’t really do much for me. But like many of the coaches on ‘The Voice’, I’ve found some new appreciation for him from watching the show. My biggest appreciation was last night when he gave the majority of his points to his team member Javier Colon instead of pretty much just going right down the middle like the other judges. Not only is it clear that Javier has more vocal talent than anyone else on the show, but Levine’s reasoning for favoring Javier was because he had already done his time, been through the ringer and his window of opportunity was probably starting to close. Levine wanted him to have one more shot, while the girl he let go was only 18 and would have plenty of time to prove herself. It was very cool to see Levine be real and break it down like that.

Conan will also be visited by Nick Kroll (Children’s Hospital), and musical guest My Morning Jacket.
