Have you ever had a waitress or waiter that went the extra mile just for you? I did once, back when the Hooters of Albany was located in Crossgates Mall.

I used to go to Hooters at Crossgates Mall a lot, it started when I was still in high school because my friends and I would pool our money together and order ridiculous amounts of wings, eventually I grew very fond of the place, not just because of the Hooter girls, it was just that particular location. It was probably because of all the good times I had there with my friends watching sports and eating wings, I have a lot of fond memories about that place, like the time I lost my pickle.

My favorite waitress at the Crossgates Hooters was a girl named Amy because she was kind of crazy, her personality attracted more attention then how she looked in the Hooters outfit, so I would always sit in her section because it was fun to watch her mess with everyone.

One time I went to Hooters with some friends and ordered a grilled cheese with bacon and cheese on the side for dipping my curly fries in, as anyone who has been to Hooters more then once should know, the grilled cheese is the best because it's one of the cheapest things on the menu and it comes with curly fries and a pickle.

As I waited for Amy to bring me my food I started feeling sick, when Amy brought me my food she noticed and said "You're not looking too happy there... are you ok?"

"I'll be fine I probably just need to eat something." I said but I was only able to eat my pickle and a couple of fries before I started to feel worse and my friends advised me to go home. I barely made it, I felt nauseous for the entire ride home and as soon as I pulled into the driveway I B-lined to the bathroom and let the big spit rip.

As knelt before the thrown gasping for air after I puked my guts out I looked into the bowl and I saw the undigested remains of my pickle and I almost cried.

Three days later I returned to Hooters, Amy asked me if I were feeling better and I told her the whole story. She was not grossed out and when she returned with my grilled cheese, she had not one, or two but three pickles for me and she said "This one is on me, don't lose these pickles!"
