The 1990's were a magical place for short lived cartoons. This is a list I have compiled of shows I remember watching but I can not remember why.

The recipe for pitching a children s cartoon was simple in the 90's. If we can make a toy out of it then we should make a show about it. Sharks with people parts and mice from different plants were enough to get real television executives to give the green light on some projects. I know most of these shows had the marketing and merchandising plan thought up before the overall plot but that didn't stop 8-year-old Dalton from watching.

Street Sharks

This show was so awesome it hurts. I mean come on, they are sharks that live in the streets. Who wouldn't want to watch a bunch of juiced up muscle head sharks that have human bodies?

Pro Stars

"Hey who's hot in the sports world right now? Jordan, Bo and Gretzky? Perfect they have a cartoon now and they fight crime." - some 90s Genius

Gargoyles

I don't know about you but I have always been fascinated by gargoyles on tall buildings. I've always wondered what they did after the sun went down and now thanks to this TV show I have all the answers.

The Super Mario Brothers Super Show

Started in '89 technically but it bleed into the 90's. This show had it all. Captain Lou Albano, super Mario and all his friends. What more could somebody want?

Animaniacs

Hands down one of the most underrated shows ever. They live in the WB water tower and totally ruled. Not to mention they are totally zany to the max!

Mighty Ducks

"Hey how are those duck hockey movies doing? Good you say? hmmm maybe we should milk this duck stuff for some more. lets name a NHL team after them and make a cartoon with crime fighting laser ducks".     Twas the age of teal and purple.

Tiny Toon Adventures

Another super underrated show. If Tiny Toons was on TV I'd still watch. who and I kidding, I still watch this cartoony on youtube.

Biker Mice From Mars

Okay how can you NOT love this show? They're not just biker mice, they're biker mice from MARS!
