5 Things to Bring to Rock ‘N Derby

Rock 'N Derby is literally all day... and it won't be kind on your phone. Make sure you have a portable phone charger! They're cheap, light-weight, and exactly what you're going to wish you had. As soon as 5FDP takes the stage, you know you're going to want your phone in the green.

It looks like the weather is going to be perfect for Rock 'N Derby (fingers crossed) -- not too blisteringly hot, but definitely not cold. However, if you're susceptible to sunburns, you know they can happen even on an overcast day. Make sure to bring that SPF and protect your skin!

Again, Rock 'N Derby is a long event! Your legs are going to need a break. Bring a lawn chair or even a blanket along with you! This is something you'll kick yourself for not having.

Cash is key at this festival! All of the glorious food trucks will be there all weekend, and they will mainly be accepting cash. Not to mention the beer booths -- that's where having cash will definitely come in handy, too!

Maybe they look a little lame, but you'll thank yourself down the line for bringing earplugs to this event! You'll still experience all of the awesomeness that the bands have to offer, but you'll be saving your ears in the long run. You only get one set, so be nice to them. Look, even the stars wear 'em!
